AroraCasa is an open alternative to MLS and Zillow for residential property. We believe owners should control their home's information, and buyers should see what the seller is offering the buyer's agent before they ever schedule a showing.
Owner-controlled information
Owners and verified listing agents can publish a property page with AI-prefilled details — beds, baths, taxes, schools, sales history, valuation range, and more. Owners can also keep private house records (meter numbers, HVAC serials, service contracts, warranties) that never appear on the public page.
Commission transparency
Every listing page shows the buyer-broker commission and selling-broker commission offered by the seller, expressed as a percentage and, when a list price is available, as a dollar amount. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch.
Methodology & limitations
Our AI research is inferred from public web sources. It is not an official tax-assessor record, MLS listing, or appraisal. Values, taxes, and school boundaries can change and should be verified independently. Owners and agents can correct any field that looks wrong.
Property photos and aerial imagery come from the Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google's coverage and refresh schedules.
