Property details, valuations, taxes, school assignments, and sales history are inferred by AI from public web sources. They are not tax-assessor records, MLS listings, or appraisals. Always verify important information independently before making a financial or legal decision.
You are responsible for what you publish
Owners and verified listing agents are responsible for the accuracy of any listing, commission disclosure, or ownership attestation they submit. Misrepresentation may result in removal of content and suspension of access.
Owner extras stay private
Private house records — such as meter numbers, HVAC serials, warranties, service contracts, and owner notes — are visible only to the signed-in owner who entered them. They are not displayed on public property pages, listing pages, or browse results.
Photos and maps
Property photos, street views, and aerial imagery are provided by the Google Maps Platform and are subject to Google's terms, coverage, and update schedules.
Domain registration
Address-domain purchases are subject to registrar availability and verification. Automated registration activates only when registrar credentials are configured; otherwise, your request is queued for manual setup. We do not guarantee a specific domain until registration is confirmed by the registrar.
